PVC Banners
Overview

Durable display print for messages that need to be seen.

PVC banners work for events, shopfronts, site signage, school fairs, sports clubs, launches, temporary promotions and directional messaging. They need to be bold, readable and produced with the display environment in mind.

We help set up banner artwork at the right size and resolution, keeping important text away from hems, eyelets and edges. The design must be legible from distance and not rely on small detail.

Banner print is often about practical visibility: where it will hang, how it will be fixed, how long it needs to last and what people should do after seeing it.

Typical requirements

  • Indoor and outdoor PVC banners
  • Hem and eyelet planning
  • Large-scale artwork setup
  • Campaign, event and site display use

What we plan before print.

Every format has its own practical considerations, so the artwork and production route are set up around the job itself.

01

Distance

Text and imagery are scaled so the message remains clear from where people will actually see it.

02

Durability

Material, finish and fixing details are planned around the display environment.

03

Action

Banners work best when the message and next step are simple and direct.

Production Notes

Artwork, material and finishing need to agree.

Banner artwork must allow for finishing. Eyelets, hems and edge areas should not interfere with logos, copy or contact details.

We can adapt existing campaign artwork into banner-ready formats and advise on practical display sizes.

Banner specification notes

  • 440gsm PVC is suitable for many standard outdoor and event banner requirements.
  • Heavier PVC can be used for longer-term installations, exposed positions or repeated use.
  • Block-out material is useful where a double-sided banner is required or backlight may affect readability.
  • Welded hems and brass eyelets help strengthen edges and support practical fixing on railings, walls or frames.
  • Important text and logos should stay clear of hems, eyelets and edges, especially on large outdoor formats.

Before we produce

  • Check final size, bleed and safe areas
  • Confirm paper, finish, quantity and deadline
  • Review image quality and colour setup
  • Agree delivery or collection requirements
