Process
Overview

A clear route from first conversation to finished work.

Our process is designed to remove guesswork. We begin by understanding the commercial problem, the audience, the assets already available and the practical deadlines around the project. That early thinking shapes the creative route, the production plan and the technical decisions that follow.

For eCommerce projects this might mean auditing product data, checkout journeys, platform constraints and search visibility. For brand, print or photography work it means agreeing the tone, the format, the specification and the handover requirements before production starts.

The aim is simple: every decision should be traceable back to what the work needs to achieve for the business.

What this means

  • Brief and asset review
  • Content, structure and specification planning
  • Design, build and production checkpoints
  • Launch, handover and support planning
Process

How we make it useful.

Each part of the studio has a practical job, from first brief to live work, production or aftercare.

01

Discovery

We collect the brief, review existing material, define audiences and identify the practical risks before design begins.

02

Direction

We turn the brief into structure: page flow, content priorities, image requirements, artwork sizes, production choices and campaign messaging.

03

Delivery

We build, check, refine and prepare final files or live pages with a clear eye on usability, print quality and future maintenance.

Studio Notes

Practical checks at every stage.

Creative work can lose value when handovers are vague, so we keep the work moving through structured checkpoints. Designs are reviewed against the brief, artwork is checked before print, web pages are tested across screen sizes and content is written with real users in mind.

This joined-up approach is especially useful when one project touches several disciplines. A product launch may need photography, landing pages, print collateral, marketplace graphics and email assets. Keeping those pieces in one process makes the final result feel coherent rather than assembled in separate parts.

Every project moves through a defined sequence, but the process stays flexible enough for real business decisions.

Built for real projects where design, commerce, content and production need to work together.
