Pop Up Banners
Overview

Portable brand presence for events and customer spaces.

Pop up banners are ideal for exhibitions, reception areas, showrooms, presentations, product launches and sales environments. They create instant branded presence without requiring a permanent installation.

The design needs to work vertically. Key messages should sit at natural eye level, logos should have breathing space and supporting details should not be placed where the stand base or floor line weakens visibility.

We can design, prepare and print banner artwork that is clean, readable and aligned with wider campaign material.

Typical requirements

  • Pull-up and roller banner artwork
  • Exhibition and reception display
  • Eye-level message planning
  • Reusable campaign and brand graphics

What we plan before print.

Every format has its own practical considerations, so the artwork and production route are set up around the job itself.

01

Portable

Useful for teams moving between events, meetings and sales spaces.

02

Focused

A banner should make one strong point rather than carry an entire brochure.

03

Reusable

Evergreen brand messages can be designed for repeated use across events.

Production Notes

Artwork, material and finishing need to agree.

Pop up banner artwork needs bottom clearance and careful safe area planning. Important content should not sit too low or too close to the trim.

We advise on layout, image quality and the best way to adapt existing brand assets for vertical display.

Roller banner setup notes

  • 850mm x 2000mm is the most common pull-up banner format for events, reception areas and exhibitions.
  • Wider 1000mm units provide a stronger presence where space allows.
  • Premium cassettes are recommended for banners that will be reused at multiple events.
  • Replacement graphics can often be produced for existing cassette hardware when the campaign message changes.
  • Artwork should leave extra safe space at the bottom because part of the graphic sits inside the cassette.

Before we produce

  • Check final size, bleed and safe areas
  • Confirm paper, finish, quantity and deadline
  • Review image quality and colour setup
  • Agree delivery or collection requirements
