Presentation Folders
Overview

A stronger way to hand over documents.

Folders are useful when a business needs to present brochures, proposals, data sheets, price lists, forms, samples or event material together. They make the handover feel organised and help the recipient keep the material in one place.

We plan folder design around pocket style, capacity, business card slots, paper weight, finish and the type of documents it will hold. A folder for a sales proposal may need a different feel from an exhibition handout or welcome pack.

The outer design should create confidence quickly, while the inside should remain practical and clean.

Typical requirements

  • Corporate folders and proposal packs
  • Single or double pocket options
  • Business card slot planning
  • Lamination and finish advice
Presentation Folders

What we plan before print.

Every format has its own practical considerations, so the artwork and production route are set up around the job itself.

01

Sales

Use folders to present quotes, brochures and specification sheets in a more professional way.

02

Events

Keep exhibition handouts, forms and follow-up material together.

03

Onboarding

Create welcome packs for customers, partners, franchisees or internal teams.

Production Notes

Artwork, material and finishing need to agree.

Folder artwork needs careful dieline setup. We check fold lines, pocket areas, safe zones and spine allowances before print.

If the folder is part of a wider brand refresh, we can align it with brochures, stationery and digital documents.

Folder construction details

  • A4 portrait folders are the most common option for proposals, sales packs, data sheets and company handouts.
  • Single-pocket and double-pocket layouts can be produced depending on the amount of material being held.
  • Business card slots can be cut into the pocket so contact details remain visible inside the folder.
  • 350gsm board with matt, gloss or soft-touch lamination gives the folder a stronger, more durable finish.
  • Folder artwork must be supplied against a dieline so folds, pockets, glue tabs and safe areas are correctly positioned.

Before we produce

  • Check final size, bleed and safe areas
  • Confirm paper, finish, quantity and deadline
  • Review image quality and colour setup
  • Agree delivery or collection requirements
